Another Successful Work Day — Thanks to Our Volunteers!

Welcome to

Pine Hill Ski Club is a cross country ski touring club accessed from Mountain Road in New London, NH. It is an all-volunteer non-profit organization that maintains nearly 20 kilometers of trails opened by generous landowners. All trails are groomed by volunteers for classic cross country skiing.

Our Mission

To promote an opportunity for healthy winter outdoor activity for all ages by providing an appropriate outdoor environment to practice and teach cross country skiing.

Our History

To All Our Amazing Workday Volunteers:
We did it! And We did it in record time!

Forty wonderful people showed up for our Annual Pine Hill Ski Club Work Day this morning and jumped right in, tackling everything on our Task Board. By 1:00 p.m., we had checked off every single task! That’s what I call an efficient workforce—and not a single performance review needed!

Then it was time to refuel with the incredible spread of food Sue Davies organized for us: hermits, hot dogs, chili, apples, and cookies. I don’t know about you, but I certainly did my part to make sure none of it went to waste. Everything was delicious!

Today was a wonderful reminder of what happens when people come together with a shared purpose. Whether you were cutting, hauling, sanding, cleaning, organizing, wrangling moosecots, or lending a helping hand wherever needed, you made a difference. Our trails and facilities are in great shape because of you.

As President, I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of this community. Once again, I was reminded that Pine Hill is so much more than a place to ski. It’s a community of people who care, pitch in, and make good things happen together. And that is something truly special.

So, thank you all for your time, energy, hard work, good humor, and generous spirit. We are officially ready for winter!

Annual Meeting

Guest Speaker: Ellen Chandler

You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Pine Hill Ski Club to be held THURSDAY, OCT 29 at 5:00 PM at the Tracy Memorial Library Community Room in New London, NH. This year's meeting will feature guest speaker Ellen Chandler, former executive director of Jackson Ski Touring in Jackson, New Hampshire. Also included will be a social gathering after.

See Trail Map for the small sections of trails that are open for Nordic skiers who bring their dogs and for snowshoers. Dogs are prohibited from all trails except the Low Plain section of Sundown on New London Conservation Commission property.
